Villa Victoria is situated in the Parador area, one of the most sought after parts of Nerja town. The self catering holiday rental villa offers the best of locations being tucked down a quiet cul de sac offering peace and quiet, yet just a few minutes walk from Burriana beach. The villa is equidistant on foot from either the hustle and bustle of the Paseo de Burriana or from the quieter town end of the beach at Carabeo. A short level stroll from the villa through the old quarter of town takes you to the Balcón de Europa through the many shops bars and restaurants the town of Nerja has to offer.
The villa is presented to a high standard and offers the perfect accommodation for groups of friends, couples and families alike. If you are travelling in a larger group Holiday Nerja also has the next door and nearby villas available for self catering holiday rental.
The villa has secure entry gate and high walls around. On entering the villa, the ground floor offers a spacious lounge and dining area with ceiling fan, satellite TV, CD & DVD players, w.c. modern, fully fitted kitchen completely equipped for self catering holidays and with granite work tops, dishwasher, washing machine, full oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. 2 terrace patio doors lead onto a covered terrace, ideal for dining "al fresco" from which a couple of steps lead down to the pool and lawned garden. The pool at Villa Victoria is kidney shaped, 6 x 4 metres - 1.4 m. depth.
From the ground floor hallway stairs lead down to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and modern en-suite shower room. Upstairs on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The double and 1 of the twin rooms share a terrace with pool/garden views. Freestanding fans are provided in addition to the ceiling fans and central heating is installed for the winter months.This villa is air conditioned which is included in the price during July and August but charged at 50 euros per week at all other times. (1 unit ground floor lounge/diner and 2 splits 1st floor in master and one of twin bedrooms.) This villa also benefits from free parking for a normal size car.
Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis.
