Burriana beach is the towns most popular and has many bars, shops and restaurants plus sporting activities, beach activities and children’s play areas. The town centre is approximately a 15 minute walk.
Aljamar 7B is first floor with only garaging beneath it. A dozen or so steps lead to the independent entrance. The entrance hall leads through to the lounge, fitted with sofas and dining table and chairs, satellite TV, radio. From the lounge, patio doors lead to a large terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The terrace gives lovely mountain views and its westerly aspect ensures evening sun. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and includes both dishwasher and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms, the first having double bed, and the second having twin beds. Both have fitted wardrobes and juliet balcony to the same aspect as the main terrace.
