The property enjoys a high degree of peace, having no neighbours to either side and only a single apartment below, the south facing terrace with sea and mountain views is completely private with no-one able to overlook it.
The lounge has large French doors which lead you onto a large sunny, private and secluded south facing terrace, this has a built in BBQ with Adalucian style chimney, table and chairs for al fresco dining and loungers for sunbathing. It also has a large awning as well as a covered area. The apartment has been recently refurbished making it modern and practical with the luxury of a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven and wine cooler. The bathroom has been totally refurbished, with bath, shower and WC.
There is dual air conditioning, cooling and heating and Free WiFi.
The bedroom is bright with twin beds and a large built in wardrobe and light suitcase rack above the door. There is a double sofabed in the lounge.

A beach towel is supplied for each guest to save you room in your suitcases.

Set amongst the lush colourful gardens, sea views, two pools both about 1 min walk away and easy parking along a quiet road, this makes the ideal apartment for your holiday in Nerja. There is a local shop nearby and cash machine, car hire on site and local buses. Being to the very south of El Capistrano Village both the town of Nerja and Burriana beach are around a 15 minute walk away.
